They are: The Grand Wailea Resort Hotel & Spa on Maui, the Doral Golf Resort and Spa in Miami, The La Quinta (Calif.) Resort & Club PGA West, the Claremont Resort & Spa in Berkeley,, Calif., and the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa in Phoenix. More.
