(ORLANDO) Feb. 18, 2011 — Golf Channel’s Jim Gray was yanked from coverage of the North Trust Open after a heated “eyeball-to-eyeball” argument with Johnson’s caddie. Gray got into a similar confrontation with 2010 Ryder Cup Captain Corey Pavin.
