(PYONGYANG, North Korea) Jan. 13, 2011 — The cash-strapped hermit state has bizarrely decided to open its borders to foreigners to host an amateur golf tournament — to be played on the golf course where Kim Jong Il claimed to have carded a “world record 38 under par on his first-ever round of golf,” reports The Sun, a London newspaper.
