(ORLANDO) Feb. 3, 2011 — At the PGA Merchandise Show, the Pellucid Group a leading industry analyst, said the golf industry has no one to blame but itself — overbuilding, lousy customer service and ill-advised discounting.
“What other industry would not be able to identify 53 percent of its best customers?” Pellucid co-presenter Stuart Lindsay of Edgehill Golf Advisors told a standing-room crowd in the International Network of Golf hospitality room. More.
